Our software is designed to help clients gain 5–10 new reviews within the first week, though results may vary based on client participation and other external factors.2. User Registration and Access To access certain features, users may be required to register an account by providing their name, email, business name, and other relevant information. Temporary passwords may be provided during onboarding. Users must be over 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.3. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations Our services are offered via subscription, project-based, and one-time fees, and are processed through Stripe. Refunds are only applicable for pay-per-review clients and not those on monthly (30/60/90) or annual contracts. To cancel a service, notice must be provided at least 2 days before the next billing cycle. Invoices are provided, but written scopes of work are not issued by default.4. Disclaimers While we aim to deliver results through our technology and services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Actual performance depends on client cooperation and other variables beyond our control.5.
