Do you integrate with my CRM? How do I know?

We integrate with most major CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms. Including Jobber, Quickbooks Online, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Sweep & Go, Square, Zapier, and thousands more.

How long does it take to set up?

Most businesses are fully set up in under 45 minutes. Just connect your Google profile, connect your CRM, and upload your personalized image. Then you're good to go! If you use a less popular software we can hop on a call with you to walk through the integration.

How long does it take to start getting reviews?

On average our users receive their first reviews less than 2 hours after launching their review reactivation. It depends on your customer volume, but we move fast.

When do you bill?

You're billed a month after your sign up for the 4 & 5 star reviews you received. So if you sign up June 4th you will be billed July 4th for the reviews received from June 4th - July 4th.

How does the $499 monthly cap work?

You’ll never pay more than $499 in a single month per business, no matter how many reviews you get. It’s our way of rewarding high-volume businesses and keeping costs predictable. If we get you 150 reviews in a month you will be billed $499 not $1,500 ($10/review).

Can you keep bad reviews from Google?

No, we can’t block or filter reviews. That’s against Google’s policy. But we can help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to maximize your chances of great reviews. We created VexFlow because we know that 99.9% of customers are happy, but the 0.01% are the ones that leave a review whether they are asked or not. We exist to make it easy to get reviews from all your happy customers!

How often do you ask my customers to leave a review?

We recommend 1 initial review request post service then 3 gentle reminders. However this can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after service. We do not constantly request reviews from all your customer every week or month.

How does this work with recurring services? 

If you serve your customers every week and every week they got a review request and follow ups that would get annoying. We have a 30 day cool down period. This means if we request a review from Sally and she goes through the follow ups and never leaves a review. We will not message her for 30 days. After 30 days if Sally is still an active customers and hasn't left a review after her next service she will be asked to leave a review.

What is someone has already left a review?

If you get a new review while working with VexFlow we will know what customer has left that review. However, we will not know what customers have left you a review before working with Vexflow. Once a customer has already left a review we will no longer message them.

What is a personalized image review request?

This allows us to get your customers attention and give you the best chance of capturing a review. Instead of just sending a boring text that gets ignored. We are able to send a photo of you or your team and auto-populate the customers name on the image. This will lead to more reviews than you ever expected.

Do you have review widgets? What is a review widget?

Yes! A review widget is a small snippet of code you can add to your website to display your latest Google reviews automatically. It builds trust and turns more website visitors to customers.

How many reviews should I expect?

Most users see anywhere from 10%-15% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers in your CRM we will be able to get you about 100-150 reviews in the first 4-6 weeks of working with us. We expect to get over 20% of your new customers to leave a review after service.

How does the review reactivation work?

We take your past customer list and drip out personalized review requests over time. This makes it look natural to Google and helps you turn old customers into fresh 5-star reviews—without lifting a finger. If you have 1,000 previous customers you will just upload them to VexFlow and we will be able to generate 100-150 new reviews over the following weeks.

Are there any hidden fees associated with VexFlow?

We are always open about our pricing. The only "hidden" fee is one we always share which is about the text & email expenses. To make pay per review, free trials, and simple pricing possible at VexFlow we rebill the text and email expenses to you directly. We do not make any money on these expenses these are our hard costs that we can't do anything about. Our customers are very understanding of these since it is less that $5/month for most clients depending on customer volume.

What is a missed call text-back?

When a customer calls your business and you’re unable to answer, our system automatically sends them a personalized text message. This ensures you never lose the opportunity to connect, even if you miss the call.

Can customers reply to the text?
